Red lights dance
across the barren planes
A steady stream of galvanization;
a disarray of action
In triads they call to one another:
"Here I am!”
And together they are alone
singing in silence

I like your poem by the way. Quite nice. Simple and yet has a bit of emotion to it. nice.
I tend to think I wrote one in a similar style while driving through Kansas this summer... I can't find it though. :(
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy, though, how the whole thing can be taken as tranquil and contented, or the last two lines can make it seem very lonely, kinda sad.
